1. Promoter This competition is organised by Peru Travel Advice & Tours with Let’sPeruIt. 2. Eligibility Participants must be aged 18 or over. By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 3. How to Enter To enter the competition, participants must: Correctly answer the multiple-choice question on the entry page. Purchase an entry ticket for $10 USD via PayPal. Only entries with the correct answer and a completed payment will be valid. 4. Competition Closing Date The competition closes on 31 January 2026 at 23:59 (UK time). Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. 5. Prize The prize is a Cusco City Tour for two people, redeemable on the winner’s preferred date (subject to availability). The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. 6. Winner Selection A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries with the correct answer. The draw will take place within 5 days of the competition closing date. 7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during their PayPal transaction. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected. 8. Travel Costs The prize includes the tour only. All additional expenses such as transport to Cusco, accommodation, food, or personal costs are the responsibility of the winner. 9. Date Changes No cancellations. However, the winner may change their tour date once with a minimum of 2 months’ notice. 10. Refunds Entry payments are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by the promoter. 11. Fair Entry Any attempt to enter multiple times using false details will result in disqualification. 12. Data Protection Participant details will only be used for administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties. 13. Promoter Rights The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. 14.
